400 جرام دقيق
م ك خميره فوريه
م ك سكر
3 م ك زيت زيتون او ذره حسب الرغبه(يفضل الزيتون)
كوب لبن للعجن
الصلصه
4 م ك كاتشب
2 م ك صلصه
2 م ك خل
للوجه
زيتون اسود..و اخضر
فلفل رومي الوان
جبن رومي
جبن مونزريلا
لحم مفروم(انا استخدمت بقايا لحم كان عندي)
الطريقة..
هضيف السكر الى الخميره و قليل من الماء..حتى تعمل..

لما ترفع..الخميره ..يتم عجن جميع مقادير العجينه بعضها مع بعض..حتى تتكون لديك عجينه متماسكه(يمكن اضافة المزيد من رشات الدقيق حسب نوعه)

بعدين بالشوكه اعمل بها عدة ثقوب..كي لا ترتفع اثناء النضج....خطوه مهمه جدااا

هذا شكلها قبل دخولها الفرن..

بندخلها فرن ساخن جدا...بعدين بنهدي عليها النار
بتستغرق حوالي 10 دقايق في الرف اللي تحت..و حوالي 10 دقايق زيهم تحت الشوايه و بتكون النار هاديه جداااااا
و ده شكلها بعد خروها فوراا
